Andrew Goff
CEO and COO

Andrew is an experienced business professional who has worked in the technology and startup sector, not-for-profit sector, and media sector. With specialisation dealing with international business management (including an MBA focussing on sustainability and Asia-Pacific partnerships) and a passion for supporting multiply marginalised folk to achieve success, he has responsibility for making sure the whole Edge Effect team can deliver projects to their strengths.

Based in Melbourne but travelling extensively, he’s been a part of the executive team at Edge Effect since early 2023 following four years at Sleigh Group designing pathways and funding models for diverse communities to achieve success in creative projects, in particular movie and television.

In addition to his core skills, Andrew has published research regarding Artificial Intelligence, competes in board game tournaments at the highest level, and has consulted extensively on remote work best practices for small and medium sized businesses.
