Diverse SOGIESC (aka LGBTIQ+) Partner Appraisal Tool
Edge Effect’s Partner Appraisal Tool (PAT) reverses the flow of accountability, providing a way for smaller diverse SOGIESC (aka LGBTIQ+) organisations to appraise whether larger humanitarian and development organisations have the policies and practices needed for safe, relevant, effective and adaptive work with people with diverse SOGIESC (aka LGBTQ+ people). The tool is currently being piloted.
